Color Joy Terms of Service

These terms apply to Color Joy: Color by Number for Android (package com.monkeyone.tintleaf) and the Color Joy website, provided by MonkeyOne. Parents or guardians should review these terms and supervise use by young children as required by local law.
1. The service
Color Joy is a color-by-number game. In version 1.2, four pictures are included for offline play. Other pictures need an internet connection for their initial download and can be played offline afterwards while they remain on the device. An account is not required. Pictures and hints are free; the app has no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Your network provider's data charges may apply.
2. Use of the app and website
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not redistribute or sell the app or artwork, remove rights notices, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit rights that mandatory law gives you, including any applicable right to interoperability or reverse engineering.
3. Artwork and other rights
Rights in the app, brand, design and content remain with their respective rights holders. Coloring or saving a picture does not transfer ownership or grant commercial publishing rights. Saved pictures are for personal use unless you obtain separate permission from the relevant rights holder. For an intellectual-property concern, contact guya7693220@gmail.com with enough information to identify the content and your claim.
4. Local progress and saved images
Progress and completed pictures are stored locally; Color Joy does not provide cloud synchronization or guarantee recovery. Uninstalling the app, clearing data, device failure or system actions may remove local progress and downloaded files. You can save completed pictures to your gallery. Gallery images and any device backups are managed separately from app data.
5. Availability and third-party services
An internet connection and our content delivery provider are needed for initial downloads. Availability may be affected by your network, device, maintenance or a third-party service. We may update, replace or remove content, fix problems or change compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a fixed schedule for future content. Google Play, Cloudflare, your network provider and device backup services operate under their own terms.
6. Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, download requests, optional picture saving and support email. It is available in the app and at https://playcolorjoy.com/privacy. Contact guya7693220@gmail.com for help. A support request is not required to play.
7. Changes and responsibility
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with its effective date. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be free of every defect. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections for fraud or willful misconduct.
